Obituary of Vincent J. Colonna

Vincent J. Colonna, 80, of Manalapan, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Brooklyn, he has resided in Manalapan since 1989. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Englishtown. Vinny was Vice President of Foreign Travel for Citibank in Manhattan before retiring. He was predeceased by his wife, Mildred, in 2000, and his brother, Russ. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary and John Bracco; sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Peter Fokas; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Amanda Bracco; and great grandson, Jaylen. Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, Jan. 19th, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, at 10 AM, at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Englishtown. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
