Obituary of Michael M. DiArchangel

Michael M. DiArchangel, 82, of Monroe Township, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014, at home with his loving family. Born and raised in New York, he lived in Manalapan before moving to Monroe Township 12 years ago. He was a Korean War Navy veteran. Michael was a manager for Sealand Service in Port Elizabeth for many years before retiring.
He was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Mildred, and siblings, Nicholas, Daniel, Vincent and Marylin. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jean; his four children and daughter-in-law, Michael and Stacy of Manalapan, Gina of Red Bank, Stephen of Long Island, NY and Keith of Red Bank; and grandson, Michael.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, Jan. 16th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, at 10 AM, at St. Thomas More Church, Manalapan. Interment will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery, Manalapan.
