John Antonietti, 77, of Englishtown, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2013, at Wedgwood Care Center, Freehold. Born and raised on Staten Island, he resided in Linden for 14 years before moving to Englishtown in 1991. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Englishtown. John owned and operated East Coast Auto Repair on Staten Island until retiring.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Maureen; two sons, John of Englishtown and James of Hazlet; his sister, Ann Pozlusny of South Brunswick; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Englishtown. Interment will be private.
