Molly and I were friends for close to forty years. We dated when we were in our twenties, and stayed friends when I moved to California in 1979. We stayed in touch all this time, but I hadn't seen her for many many years. Recently Molly came to California, but she cancelled our appointment to get together. She only said she couldn't make it, and sounded sad. Just a few weeks later I heard the terrible news from Michael. It's impossible for me to express how devastated and sad I feel. I'm having a really difficult time with this. I lost one of my best friends' ever. My deepest sympathy to Molly's children and all of her loved ones. We miss and love you so much.

Devestated doesn't even seem a strong enough word to describe how I felt when I heard the news. Molly and I met through our sons when they were young. I felt a special connection to her although we didn't see each other that often. A part of me feels that maybe if we had remained closer I could have helped her. I pray to God that she is at peace and that the loved ones she left behind will, with time, heal from this tragic loss. Rest in Peace, Molly

I remember first meeting Molly about 4 years ago and I found her strong on the outside but a very caring person on the inside. We have become good friends. She was always there when you needed her and always had a smile and never expected anything in return, except for your friendship. I am truly devastated to hear of her passing and will miss her terribly. Although we were not the closest of friends, I am very honored to have had known her.
I will never forget her.

I was so sorry to hear of Molly's passing. We spent time together when our girls started Binghamton and she made me laugh...even though we were leaving our children at school....Rest in Peace, Molly, rest in Peace.

I only knew Molly briefly via a divorce support group. I was struck by her intelligence, her compassion for others, and her mischievous smile and laugh. She and I were kind of going through divorce at a similar pace and she always asked me how I was doing and offered words of encouragement which meant a lot to me. I am going to miss her.
