Obituary of Mario Gaetano Palmieri

Mario G. Palmieri, 93, of Manalapan, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013, at Pine Brook Care Center, Manalapan. Born in Boston, he lived in Marlboro before moving to Manalapan two years ago. He was a Professional Engineer/Land Surveyor and Planner before retiring. Mario had a Doctorate in Jurisprudence and an Engineering Degree. He was predeceased by his wife, Jesse in 2010. He is survived by his six children and their spouses, Carol Malcom, Ralph, Mario (Christina), Anthony, Michael and Gregory (Alyssa); brother, Carmelo; sisters, Mary (Fred) Fox and Nellie Ingoglia; and eight grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to visit Friday from 4 to 8 PM at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 AM at St. Gabriel's Historic Church, Route 520, Marlboro. Entombment will follow in the parish mausoleum.
