Obituary of Amie Gail Flanagan

Amie Flanagan, 50 of Cherry Hill passed way Wednesday, July 10th, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in East Windsor before moving to Cherry Hill 23 years ago. After graduating Stockton State College, she began her career in the garment center in NYC. She later became an administrator for a clothing company in Philadelphia, PA. Amie's easy going personality made her loved by all who knew her. Her pride and joy was her son, Peter. She was predeceased by her father, Paul Drucker and her mother, Doris Feuer. She is survived by her husband, James Brookes; her son, Peter Flanagan; brother and sister-in-law, Lloyd and Jennifer Drucker; step daughter, Sarah Smith; grandson, Colin Smith; step father, Paul Feuer; aunts and uncles, Susan and Steve Samual, and Larry and Ronnie Borer; niece, Jaclyn Drucker; nephews, Kyle and Matthew Drucker; and many cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 29th, at 11 AM, at Beth Moses Cemetery, Pinelawn, NY. A memorial gathering will be held in Cherry Hill, NJ at a time to be determined. Amie will be sorely missed but never forgotten. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a fund that has been set up to offset the funeral costs and assist her son, Peter, with any future medical or household expenses.
