Obituary of Frances Mayo

Frances Mayo, 90, of Freehold Township, died on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at home. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she resided in Warren County for over 20 years and in Plainsboro for 10 years before moving to Applewood Estates in December. Frances was a secretary and accountant for Thomas J. Lipton, Englewood Cliffs, before retiring. She was previously executive secretary for Dr. James B. Conant, New York City and an executive secretary for Sexton Food Purveyors, Long Island City. Mrs. Mayo was also a part-time tax accountant for H&R Block and volunteered as a tax accountant for AARP. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Harry. She was predeceased by her siblings, Julie Egan and George Rosato. Friends and family are invited to visit Wednesday, from 2:00 PM, until the funeral service at 3:30 PM, at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold.
