Obituary of Ethel Marie Picone

Ethel Marie Picone, 82, of Marlboro Township, passed away on Wednesday, March 06, 2013, at home with her family. Born in Red Bank, she lived in Matawan before moving to Morganville 14 years ago. Ethel was an associate for Charles of the Ritz in Holmdel before retiring and a student of the Marie H. Katzenbach School for the Deaf in Trenton. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard, in 1992, brother, Allen Lewis, and granddaughter, Alicia Gillette. She is survived by her two children and their spouses, Paul and Beth Picone of Morganville and Carol and Jack Hartwell of Colts Neck; her five grandchildren, Jesse, Richard, Bonnie, Ariana and Alexandra; her two brothers, three sisters-in-law, and a brother-in-law, Bobby and Pam Lewis of Lakewood, Floyd and Betty Lewis of Indianapolis, IN, Janet Lewis of Middletown, and Michael Picone of Toms River. Friends and family are invited to visit Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Saturday from 9:30 until the funeral service at 10:30 AM, at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold.
