Muriel J. Stein, 84, of Jackson, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2013, at home with her family. Born in Brooklyn, she resided in Brooklyn Heights and then Freehold before moving to Jackson nine years ago. Muriel was a registered nurse and worked in the public healthcare system until she retired. She enjoyed quilting and knitting and was a true artist and crafter.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Alvin; her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Rory Pszenitzki of Redding, CT; her sister, Roberta Gewirtz of Freehold; and two grandchildren.
