Obituary of Faye Alesi

Faye Alesi, age 95, passed away peacefully at her home in Marlboro, NJ surrounded by her four daughters on June 3, 2018. She was born on June 26, 1922 in Brooklyn, New York to Bernard and Victoria Piacenti. In 1946 she married William (Bill) Alesi. Together they had four daughters and enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. In 1983 they moved to Greenbriar of Marlboro, where they made so many lifelong friendships. Faye is predeceased by her husband William, brother William, sister Lillian and son in law, Nick Aquina. She is survived by her 4 daughters, Marilyn Alesi, Diane (Doug) Murphy, Vicki Aquina, and Carolyn (Denis) Wuestman; 8 grandchildren, William (Holly) Murphy, Brian (Hillary) Murphy, Robert Murphy, Kristin (Sam) Kale, Christopher Aquina, Matthew Aquina, Kelly (Chris) Lopresti, and Ryan (Kristen) Wuestman; and 5 great-grandchildren, Charlie, Riley, Marisa, Lea and Jace. Faye loved people and prayed for everyone, even those she just met. She will be greatly missed but her memory will be with us always. A wake will be held on Thursday June 7, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan from 4:00 to 9:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at St. Gabriel's Church, 100 N. Main Street, Marlboro.
