Obituary of Aniello Madonna

Aniello "Neil" Madonna, 77, of Lakewood NJ, died on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at home. He was born and raised on Staten Island until moving to Lakewood 7 years ago. Prior to his retirement he was a truck driver/shop-steward for Vanbro Company in Staten Island for many years before becoming a business agent and president of Teamsters Local 282. He was also a long-time member of the Staten Island Sportmen's Club. Aniello is survived by his loving wife Cherie of 54 years, three children and their spouses, Michael and his wife Andrea, Marc and his wife Deborah and Tonia and her husband Michael Simone; his sister Sue and her husband Edward Fanelli and 6 grandchildren. Family and friends may visit on Sunday 3/18 from 1-5 pm at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan. His Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 9:00 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment will be private.
