Obituary of Henrietta Barr

Marlboro NJ — Henrietta ( Hennie) Barr, a long-time resident of Marlboro NJ, died Tuesday the the 9th of January. Born in 1926 in Brooklyn NY., Hennie married Paul C Barr ( predeceased in 2016) in 1955 and they moved together to New England. Settling in Framingham Massachusetts for over 30 years and later moving to Marlboro New Jersey. She was a dedicated mother to her two children, and worked briefly as the asst buyer of handbags for Zayre's. She was an amazing friend, a great cook and her laugh was contagious. Everyone loved to hang with Hennie and she maintained her friendships throughout her life, some that started in the school yards of Brooklyn when she was a child. She treasured her friends and it was mutual as evident by the constant array of people she always had around her. She is survived by her daughter, Sue of Red Bank NJ and son, Scott of Westport Ct and three grandchildren, Carolyn, Rebecca and Eli Jackson (Jake).
