Obituary of Barbara L. Felicetta

Barbara Lynn Felicetta, age 55, died peacefully in the New York Presbyterian hospital on August 17th, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer. Barbara was born on December 6th, 1961, in Mt. Sinai Hospital, to parents Gelda and Leonard Fishman. She was a loving sister of Steven Fishman. Barbara graduated Trenton State College with the class of 1983. She received a bachelor's degree in business. She went on to marry her beloved husband of 26 years, Tony Felicetta, and has two beautiful sons, Michael and Alex Felicetta. Barbara worked for United Airlines at Newark Airport. She loved to cook and enjoyed entertaining and traveling the world. She also loved spending time with family and friends. The relatives and friends of Barbara Felicetta are invited to attend the services at Freeman Funeral Home in Manalapan on Sunday, August 20th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Proceeding will be a burial service at Cedar Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine will be establishing a fund in Barbara's name which will be directed by her doctor, Dr. Kevin Holcomb, to go towards research in gynecologic oncology that specializes in immunotherapy.
