Obituary of Robert Steven Smith

Robert Smith, 57 of Manalapan, passed away on August 13th, 2017 at home. Born in Princeton, NJ, he was a resident of Greensboro, NC before settling in Manalapan 2 1/2 years ago. Rob was a caring, loving person and an avid fan of music. He was known for his cheesy jokes and was loved by all. Robert was predeceased by his parents Sidney and Jobyna; siblings Susan and Lawrence and niece Erynn. He is survived by his wife Wendy; daughters Alexis and Tori; brother Alan; niece Nicole; and fur babies Minnie and Daisy. A memorial gathering will be Saturday, August 19th, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan. The funeral service is August 19th, 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
