Obituary of Marcia Reid

Marcia Seymour Reid, 82, of Colts Neck, passed away on Monday, January 2nd, 2017 at home. Born in Hartford, Connecticut she lived in Wethersfield, CT before moving to Colts Neck where she has resided for 51 years. Marcia was a congregant at the Colts Neck Reformed Church and a member of their craft group. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Ruth Seymour. Marcia is survived by her husband of 59 years, Elton; three children and their spouses, Robyn and David Cook, Lynda and Louis Fiorentino, and William and Michelle Reid; sister June Tasko; seven grandchildren, Alexandra and Kaitlynne Cook, Theresa, Dominic, and August Fiorentino, and Bayly and Ethan Reid; and two great grandchildren, Kathryn and Mary Marwa. Friends and family are invited to visit on Thursday, January 5th, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. A funeral liturgy will be on Friday, January 6th at 11:00 am at Colts Neck Reformed Church, Colts Neck. Interment will follow at Atlantic Cemetery, Colts Neck.
