Obituary of Dolores Mottola

Dolores Mottola, 85, of Manalapan, passed away on October 10, 2016 in Haines City, Florida. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she lived there 70 years before settling in Manalapan in 2000. She was a communicant of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manalapan. Dolores was predeceased by her husband Theodore in 1996, brother Salvatore Marino and grandson baby Andrew Macagnone. She is survived by her cherished daughter Edie Mottola and grandsons Matthew and Zachary Macagnone; her loving son Ted and his wife Elsa, granddaughter Laurissa Whittington and husband Matthew; grandson Theodore Mottola III and wife Jessica; great grandchild Owen Whittington; sisters in law Tina Marino and Norma Amitrano, as well as many nieces and nephews. Visitation is October 14th, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. The funeral mass will be at Our Lady of Mercy, Englishtown Saturday, October 15th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, New York.
