Obituary of William G. McClelland jr

William "Bill" McClelland Jr., 65, of Freehold, died on Sunday, May 20, 2012, at home with his family. Born in Brooklyn, he has resided in Freehold for most of his life. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a driver's education instructor for many years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane; his son and daughter-in-law, William and Jen of Newburgh, NY; his daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Christopher Lanza of Howell; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Kenneth and Joelle of Toms River and John of East Windsor; a sister and brother-in-law, Priscilla and James Horning of Scotch Plains; and three grandchildren, Diana, Daniel and Isabella. A visitation and funeral service were held at the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, followed by interment at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
