I am very saddened to hear of Joe's passing. As a former resident of Sun Terrace I have many fond memories of Joe. He was a kind sweet man who loved his family and friends very much. I am so glad I was able to call him my friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Rest in Peace my friend.
