Obituary of Antoinette Marie Stroka

Antoinette M. Stroka, 87, of Howell, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2016, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Ulster, NY Antoinette previously resided in Jackson for 5 years, Beachwood for 16 years, and Carteret for 22 years. After 20 years working as the front desk manager at the Carteret Holiday Inn she retired in 1984. Antoinette was predeceased by her daughter, Ann Marie in 1962; and her husband, John. She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses, Carol and James O'Donnell of Carteret, John and Kim Stroka of Howell, Thomas and Rose Stroka of Clayton, NC, and Richard and Laura Stroka of Hillsborough; her brother and sister-in-law Dominic and Margaret Soranno of Bethany Beach, DE; her aunt, Dorothy Charmel; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to visit Freeman Funeral Home, 47 E Main St, Freehold, on Tuesday, January 26, from 2 PM until the funeral service at 5:30 PM. Interment will be private.
