Obituary of Margaret Sagarese Camia

Margaret Camia, 91, of Farmingdale, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015 at home with her loving family. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she had resided in Manalapan for the past 30 years before moving to Farmingdale in 2014. She was a communicant of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Manalapan where she volunteered at the Bridges Nursery School. Margaret also donated many hours at CentraState Medical Center and the Samaritan Center, Manalapan. She was a Rosarian and took joy in participating in a prayer group with her close friends, but her greatest joy was spending time with her great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Anthony. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Robert Ambrose; two grandchildren, Traci Ambrose and her husband, Michael Kluck and Lori Hanson and her husband, Billy; and four great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Farmingdale. Interment will follow at St. Gabriel's Cemetery, Marlboro.
