I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was one of the most devoted Mothers I have known. Always happy to see people. Even when she was not feeling well, her face would light up when I happened to run into her. She raised 4 beautiful children that I watched grow into fine young adults and then caring parents. What an anchor she was for her family. They are all the better for having such a wonderful Mother and role model in their lives. Rest in peace Mrs. Tipan.
