Obituary of Joseph Louis Lo Casto

Joseph L. Lo Casto, 67, of Marlboro, passed away on Saturday,
September 1, 2012 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born and raised on Staten Island, he has resided in Marlboro for the past year. He was a communicant of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Marlboro and a former communicant of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Staten Island. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. Joe worked in visual merchandising and advertising for Nexcom for 25 years before retiring in 1995.
He is survived by his wife, the former Grace Tinari; two children, Tara Schettino and her husband, Victor Jr. and Craig Lo Casto; a sister, Rosemary Candido; and three grandchildren, Alex, Jake and Logan.
Family and friends are invited to visit Monday from 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 AM on Wednesday at St. Gabriel's Historic Church, Route 520, Marlboro. Interment will follow at Forest Green Park Cemetery, Marlboro.
