Obituary of Noah Marshall

Noah Marshall, 81, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Newark, he lived there until moving to Neptune where he lived for 22 years before moving to Marlboro in 1987. He received his Bachelor Degree from Montclair University and his Master of Education Degree from Kean College and served as principal for the Harriet Tubman Elementary School, Newark for many years, retiring in 1990. Noah was a lifelong NY Mets fan and was an avid fisherman, astronomer and birdwatcher. He also enjoyed cross-country running and swimming.
He was predeceased by his brother, Herbert. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Clara; his daughter, Leslie-Ann M. Justus; sister, Anita Marshall; and two grandchildren, Brandon and Sarah.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 1st, from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan. Interment will be private.
