Brenda Aschenbach Bollaro, 56, of Lakewood, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Ocean County Medical Center, Brick. Born in Neptune, she was raised in Freehold before moving to Brick and then Lakewood two years ago. Brenda was a 1977 graduate of Freehold Borough High School and was formerly the advertising director for Calkins Media, Burlington County. She was an animal activist and a volunteer for many local animal shelters
She was predeceased by her father, Fred Aschenbach in 1981. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Cole and Nicole Caprioni; her mother, Phyllis Aschenbach; two siblings, Fred (Mary) Aschenbach and Debbie (Stacy) Aschenbach; and grandson, Rocco.
Friends and family are invited to visit on Monday, August 24, from 3 to 7 PM at Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. Interment will be private.
