Obituary of Lorraine E. Buble

Lorraine E. Buble nee Kelsey, of Freehold Borough, passed away on June 24, 2015 at home with her loving family at her side. Born July 31, 1928 she had lived in Freehold her entire life. She worked at New Jersey Bell Telephone Company, Fort Monmouth Signal Corps, a bus driver for St. Rose of Lima School, the Lakehurst Naval Air Station, and retiring in 1990 from Naval Weapons Station Earle. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Freehold for 86 years, and a Eucharist Minister. Lorraine was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister to 12 siblings. She was widely known for her love of photography and skills at baking, especially apple pies. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank in 2010; her son, Thomas in 2006; and nine siblings, James, Ray, Mary, Gene, Bill, Betty, Frank, Yvonne and Robert. She is survived by her three children and their spouses, William and Jeanne of Manasquan, John and Maria of Freehold and Mary and William Ackerman of Freehold; her daughter-in-law, Doris Buble of Freehold; her three sisters, Dorothy, Joan and Margaret; seven grandchildren, Kristie Buble, Kelly Ackerman McCann and her husband Owen, Scott Buble, Timothy Ackerman and his wife Maricruz, Steven Ackerman, Kayla Buble and Alex Colombo. Friends and family are invited to visit Freeman Funeral Home, 47 E Main St, Freehold, on Friday, June 26, from 4 to 8 PM. Her Funeral Mass will be held Saturday 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
