Obituary of Angelina Sce

Angelina Sce, 101, of Freehold, NJ, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at The Manor. Angelina was born January 20, 1924 in New York City, New York to Rafaele and Marianna Cosentino.  She grew up in NYC and later moved to Brooklyn with her large family in 1947.  Married in 1953, she remained in Brooklyn until 2010, and then moved to Manalapan, New Jersey. 

She was active in the Altar Rosary Society of St. Mary Mother of Jesus Parish for more than 30 years.  She devoted most of her time to taking care of her family and, when needed, her mother and sisters when they were ill.  She was devoted to her family.

Angelina was predeceased by her parents Rafaele and Marianna Cosentino; loving husband Raymond Sce; brothers Ralph, Rocco and Joseph; sisters Marie, Grace, Margaret, Jeanette and Florence.  She is survived by her sons Douglas (Beverly), Robert (Camille) and John (Kara); grandchildren Christopher, Robert Jr., Jacqueline, Jacquelyn, Christina, Amanda, Lauren, and great-grandchildren Ellie, Lucy, Thomas, Clinton, James and Angelina.

Friends and family are invited to visit on Friday, February 28^th , from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North.  A funeral liturgy will be held at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Manalapan, NJ on Friday at 10:30 AM.
